Hello community,

Is there any documentation or resources on how to write a custom protocol in gatling ?

I came across this lately[https://callistaenterprise.se/blogg/teknik/2016/11/26/gatling-custom-protocol/](https://callistaenterprise.se/blogg/teknik/2016/11/26/gatling-custom-protocol/)but this is specific to aws lambda, I am looking if there is a step wise guide to create custom protocol.

Thanks,
Preetam

Still looking if anyone has more info regarding the above.

Thanks in advance!

I was able to do a POC with latest gatling version and develop my own protocol for calling AWS Lambda. Will share more details once I have things concrete with correct handling of response and stats in reporting.
