We have a seperate AWS instance to run the webpage tests. Can you please help us how to integrate those test results with Grafana and configure the dashboards?

Grafana is tool for displaying graphical dashboard.
Grafana required source for displaying dashboard, in your case. You first need to keep the results in any SQL or no SQL database like InfluxDB, SQL with are in time series databases.
Once you have data available then connect to the data source from Grafana and access the dashboard. Please note that Grafana itself doesn’t have any database or source data where it can save the reports.
