Capture and store only one regular expression group value from multiple regular expression groups

I have just started using gatling and I went through the documentation. But maybe, I have missed a point and hence I am facing the below issue.

I have to capture the color value (Red) which is selected by default. The “id” is dynamic in both value and length.
