I want to load test for 500k user requests and have a token which expires in 15mins.
I am wondering what is the limit for constantUsersPerSec number of users per sec?

Except if your users just sit idle most of the time without sending any request, there’s no chance you can generate this amount from one single machine.
You need to run a distributed test, probably from 10-20 machines depending on your use case.
