Did it work before? What changed? (I guess the usage of maven reactor project to create test submodule)
Gatling version: 4.7.0 (must be up to date)
There is no 4.7.0 version for gatling app, latest is 3.11.5.
For gatling-maven-plugin, the latest version is 4.9.6, you should upgrade.
How did you configure the gatling-maven-plugin?
Did you try our sample project (just to ensure there is no issue with package download)?

You’re most likely running in a corporate network where you are forced to use your corporate maven repository (Sonatype Nexus or JFrog Artifactory) but the gatling-maven-plugin is missing there.
