Output console log to file

Hello,

I was wondering (if it’s possible) how to alter my logback.xml file so that the information that is output to the console is also output to a log file. The simulation.log file generated in the results folder is not as easy to read or understand as the console log.

You can use a FileAppender for the logs that are written with slf4j.
However, that’s written by the ConsoleDataWriter (periodic summary) is directly written in the console. However, you can redirect the process’ stdout (plain old shell).
