Need to hit a group of APIs at once under one transaction - Async calls instead of sequence-wise.
How we can handle in Gatling.

Perhaps something with resources?

no for resources
There are certain requests which trigger after a certain time just to check the different types of health but those requests are not dependent on anywhere in a particular transaction means non-sync calls.
In waterfall will see all these kinds of calls trigger at same time
