Hi,
I am interested in the long tail and was hoping to measure the 99.9th percentile, but it appears that that percentile1 & 2 are restricted to be integers. If I took a stab at supporting floating points, so we could report on the 99.9 or 99.99 percentile, would there be any appetite for merging that?
