Please publish gatling-sbt 2.1.8

Hello,

Is there a release date for gatling-sbt 2.1.8 ?

I understand currently there is only the fix for the issue 2816, but it it will so great to have this fix available in a published version instead of having to rebuild it …
Or maybe you could publish a milestone version ?
