How to read the chart from the report

I don’t understand the chart generated by gatling.
Could someone help me?

I understand the amount of active users on the right.
I send multiple calls to a application and recieve a status code 200 when the call is correct.
There is a call which take at least (minimal) 41 seconds before a status code 200 is returned.
But there are also calls which are faster.
How is the min determined ?
And what does it mean for example if a 99% or 95% colour appears in the chart?

Please help me.
