Does it supports to record HTTPS traffic

Hi All,

I am new to Gatling tool,

  1. would anyone can tell me that does GATLING supports to record HTTPS traffic ?
  2. can I pas some information via Excel files (EX: reading username and passwords to pass into webapplication log in time. )
